Alvin George (Sr) Walker

Beloved Son, Father, Brother, and Uncle

Alvin George Walker Sr. was called to rest on May 23, 2021 at 11:35 a.m. at Swedish Medical
Center due to Covid.
Alvin was born on August 26, 1956 to the union of the late Linda Rogers and Al Walker in
Seattle, Washington. Outside of Washington State he also resided in Mississippi.
Alvin earned his GED from Grays Harbor College. He also earned certificates from PFC Bible
Study Correspondence School for each chapter of the bible he studied.
Alvin was a former employee at the Boeing Company and held various different jobs over the
years as a carpenter, mechanic, and any job where he could help someone.
Alvin enjoyed walking every day, reading his bible, and spending time with his family. He also
could fry some chicken and make some good cabbage.
He leaves to cherish his memory his Father: Al Walker. Children: Kontessa Walker, Malissa
Walker, Alvin Walker Jr., Kenneth Walker, Allen (Theo) Walker, and Eboney Walker. Honorary
children: James (JJ) Heidelberg Jr., Marcus Ames, and Jasmine Bryant. Grandchildren: DiShea
Wilson, Anthony Newell III, Alvin Walker III, Aurhyanna Walker, Alanna Walker, Sidney Walker,
Treyvonne Walker, Kiana Walker, London Morgan, and Tyghiana Walker. Honorary
grandchildren: Semaj Wells, Vach’e Heidelberg, Deyche Heidelberg, Shanae Heidelberg, and
Quayvis Thomas. Sisters: Joleene Walker, Luana Walker, Margaret Walker, Shirley Walker,
Diana Walker, Kathy Walker, and Regina Ames. Brother: Fred (Keith) Slumkoski. Granddogs:
Russell, Chocolate, and SuWoop.
Alvin is preceded in death by his Mother Linda Rogers, Sister Joan Walker, Brothers David and
Ricky Walker, Nephew Marquise Walker, and Great Nephew Kenneth D. Williams Jr.
