Anthony Russell Fryer was born in the Great state of Georgia. Anthony loved helping others and made sure others were cared for. He loved to laugh and is known for his bright smile. He loved the Georgia Bulldogs and the Philadelphia Eagles. He will be truly missed by his mother, siblings, family and close friends.
