Kevin Rene Watters

Kevin Rene Watters passed on May 23, 2025. He was born on August 7, 1963 in Seattle,

WA to Opal Watters and Billy Joe Bruce.

Kevin spent his formative years in the Central District . He attended Nathan Hale High School. Kevin had a long term career with Seattle Public School, where he served for more than two decades in Facility Operations. Kevin enjoyed playing basketball at Rotary Boys and Girl Club with his brothers and neighborhood friends. He had a passion for detailing cars, especially old classics. Kevin could bring back to life any old car with his special touch leaving it fully refurbished and shining like new. He was a lover of fashion and enjoyed dressing well. He appreciated a nice pair of dress shoes and good cologne. Kevin was an excellent writer of poems and songs.

Kevin was a hard worker and was loyal to his family and friends. He mad family gatherings and always visited his grandmother Beatrice Watters.

Kevin is survived by his mother Opal Watters, brothers Tracy Watters, A sister Mia McLemore.

Preceding Kevin in death is father Billy Joe Bruce, brother Robert McLemore, Grandparents Charlie and Beatrice Watters.
