Ms. Vivian Antoinette Fowlkes, 43, of 1715 S. 334 In e-301 Federal Way, WA 98003, went home to be with the Lord Monday, July 7, 2025.

Born September 2, 1981, in San Diego, CA, of Gregory E Fowlkes Sr. (Lorraine) and the late Gloria Traylor.

She graduated with her GED from Job Corps in San Diego, CA

She was saved under the ministry of the late Bishop Dr. C. Vinson of Piney Grove Baptist Church, Virginia Beach, Virginia. She was a faithful member of the youth ministry until she moved back to San Diego, CA

She is survived by a set of twins, Miracle and Mikael, 6 Brothers: Gregory Traylor; Willian Perkins-Fowlkes Jr.; Cedric Beal; Kevin Gendreau-Fowlkes (Mona) of Greenville, NC; Gregory Fowlkes Jr; Joseph Fowlkes and 5 sisters; Octavia Fowlkes; Ichesia Veal (Donte) of Stafford, VA; Vennece Fowlkes (Pam) of Atlanta, GA; Diamond Beal and Kimberly Fowlkes

She is also survived by four uncles and aunts,  and a host of nephews and nieces.
